Pioneering Africa's Future: The Power of Social Education
Lemu Harmony is at the forefront of shaping Africa's future, fueled by a mission to nurture the potential of its children. We are passionately committed to realizing a fair and harmonious society where the younger generation can embrace confidence and pride, fearlessly taking on challenges through the avenue of social education.

What is Lemu Harmony?
Lemu Harmony is dedicated to fostering the spiritual growth of children in Africa, with the goal of building a peaceful and enriching world. Collaborating with local NGOs and partner companies, we provide social education and skill development to children across Africa. Additionally, we engage in social business that integrates economic sustainability with social contribution, actively exploring new business models and values for the future. Proudly committed to shaping the future of Africa, Lemu Harmony assists children in growing up healthy and acquiring the skills to contribute to society. We take pride in our mission and are dedicated to supporting the bright future of Africa's children.

Approach
Lemu Harmony's Approach
Africa's current population is approximately 1.3 billion, and it is projected to double by 2050, constituting about a quarter of the world's population. This vast demographic presents a significant market economy, and the future workforce and leaders that will drive its value chain are today's children. Thus, it is of paramount importance that they grow into skilled workers and capable leaders.
However, in current Africa, university graduates, managers, and professionals represent a small fraction of the population. Approximately 80% of the 1.3 billion people live on less than $2 a day. Many children are unable to attend school due to economic constraints, limiting their access to information.
Current Challenges

Educational support for African children relies heavily on NGOs, NPOs, and international organizations, most of which depend on donations and grants. Sustaining support for a billion people is challenging under these circumstances.

Talent development programs offered by governments and corporations often target elite groups such as university graduates and corporate employees, excluding those who have not completed their formal education.

There is a skill gap between the skills provided by school education and those demanded by the job market.
Our Approaches

Approach 1
Increasingly, many private companies are entering the African market, leading to a growing awareness of the need for workforce development and increased private sector funding. Lemu Harmony provides local information and research to support companies in their African operations.

Approach 2
We collaborate with local NGOs to provide social education to the 80% of African children living in poverty.

Approach 3
Soft skills that companies seek, such as leadership, are cultivated within children as intrinsic growth through our social education programs, while specific vocational skills are honed practically through collaboration with partner companies.

Features
Inclusive Education, "Leaving No One Behind"
We aim to reach all communities across all regions in Africa through collaborations with local NGOs actively working in places with high poverty rates such as rural areas and slums. We will expand our efforts to support the future of children.
Respect for Individual Growth
We create an environment where children can learn and grow autonomously. We emphasize self-discovery and the joy of learning rather than imposition.
Cutting-Edge Knowledge and Social Experiences
To prepare for the future, we offer knowledge on a wide range of topics, such as the global environment, digital technology, artificial intelligence, BRICS, and more. We also provide opportunities for activities like corporate visits.
Integration of Industry and Culture
We foster not only the skills needed for future jobs but also African culture, sensibilities, and physical abilities. We nurture both industrial talent and creative skills.
